Press Release Summary = Djuicer.com founder denied mysterious email claim that he is being sued by Jack Lalanne of Power Juicer.
Press Release Body = The founder of a newly established juicing related website, Djuicer.com denied that the website is in a possible legal battle with Jack Lalanne, the spokesman for Power Juicer.
The rumor was believed to have started via mysterious emails circulating in the internet stating that the site is being sued by Power Juicer over criticism of the product.
Baffled over the rumors, Iskandar Suhaimi, the owner of Djuicer.com stated that \"We do not know exactly how and where the rumors originated. We have not received any legal letters or in any sorts of communications with Jack. Thus, at the moment, it is safe to say that the email content, stating that we\'re being sued by Jack Lalanne has no base whatsoever.\"
Citing it as outrageous, Iskandar Suhaimi stated that \"while we respect Jack Lalanne as a fitness guru, we believe our criticism for the Power Juicer is justified. Djuicer.com aims to protect the consumers and deliver objective reviews. If it\'s a bad juicer, we\'ll let the public know.\"
While admitting that the site did not endorsed the Power Juicer, Iskandar pointed that many online websites rated Power Juicer poorly. Thus, there\'s no reason why his site is targeted for a legal action by the juicer company, as alleged in the email.
Jack Lalanne, aged 92 is famous for his 1951 television shows as well as superhuman stunts. In 1957 he towed a 2,5000 pound Owens Cruiser 6.5 miles through the Golden Gate Channel.
It was only in in 2002 that he became the spokesman for the Power Juicer infomercial, catapulting the juicer sales to over 1.5 millions worldwide, making it one of the best-selling juicer in the market.
Djuicer.com is a newly founded website and the owner do not seemed to mind the rumor. \"We believe the mysterious email is targeted at intimidating our small site from criticizing the Power Juicer even further. We are not scared and will continue to provide independent reviews to our visitors\", he said.
Asked to the possibility of tarnishing his relationship with Jack over the press release, Iskandar said he \"believe Jack will clear the air about the mysterious email. We hope he\'ll follow suit and release a statement over this matter as soon as possible.\"
